Overview
Are you working in a helping profession and feeling the effects of burnout? This group meets once a month for 2 hours to help address symptoms of burnout by restoring your nervous system to a place of calm and rest. We utilize somatic and creative practices to slow down the body and mind in order to tap into your intuition and strengthen your sense of self. This is an open group and you’re welcome to join as you can, or for as many sessions as you’d like.
Accessibility
We will be rotating through some light standing movement, sitting and laying on the floor. Some bolsters and cushions will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you have them.
Supplies
Offered: Some art supplies will be provided (small notebook & black pen for writing) large paper and drawing/coloring media, feel free to bring some of your own.
To Bring: Not required but helpful, yoga mat (for added padding on the floor), a blanket, cushion or pillow to sit comfortably on the floor.

$30 – pays for your facilitators time
$40 – pays for your facilitators time + supplies
$50 – pays for your facilitators time + supplies + helps pay for supplies for someone else in the group
