Overview
Are you someone who practices polyamory or non-monogamy, or are curious/questioning about alternative relationship structures? Does living in a monogamy-oriented society cause you or your partner(s) anxiety, depression, or other mental health struggles? This group uses art therapy to process and discuss experiences within polyamorous/non-monogamous lifestyles. This monthly group adopts a trauma-informed art therapy approach and amplifies discussion points related to the relational experiences of folks with neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQIA+ identities. Each month’s meeting will focus on a different topic and will include an opening discussion, light prompts for reflective artmaking, and a closing discussion. This group is respectfully open to all identities and orientations.
